Install a memory card

Jo walks over to a cupboard on the other side of the room. She returns holding a memory card, then crouches in front of you.
"OK, I have no idea what's going to happen now, so don't panic. Now let's see, a memory card could fit in this port here, make sure it's the right way round, and... there."
Another flash of light and bright colours fill your vision. It's like the most intense disco you've ever seen. Then, as suddenly as it started, the disco stops.
You see that you're still in the lab, but it looks like it's nighttime because it's dark and there's no one else there. Then you notice a light turn on in the corridor outside. You hear voices.
"But I don't see what's so exciting about-" An unfamiliar female voice.
"But we don't know what it does! Isn't the anticipation thrilling?"
That's Chris' voice! But why is he here in the middle of the night? You hear a key in the door, and the light turns on.
"Chris? Why are you here in the middle of the night? And who's your lady friend?" You ask.
"Who said that?" The speaker is a woman, approximately the same age as Chris, but considerably taller.
"Sorry, I'm Colin. I'm the brain in the jar immediately to your right. Don't worry; I'm not used to it either."
"Ah." She turns to look at you and introduces herself. "I'm Frankie. I'm on a date with Chris and he said we should come here for a scientific demonstration." She bends down and whispers:
"I don't think he's been on a date before. He doesn't seem to know how to do this..."
Something occurs to you.
"Did Chris say what experiment he was doing?" You ask.
"Yes, dilation or something like that."
"Ah. A titration?"
"Yes, that was it."
"Don't worry. He knows what he's doing. He won't be ready for a few minutes though, so do you want to chat for a bit? That is if you aren't freaked out by talking to a dead guy."
Frankie moves closer and you're struck again by her height.
"Sure. I don't mind chatting with a dead person. It's not the weirdest thing I've done."
She pulls up a chair opposite you and sits, and you remember that high heels are a thing, which explains her height.
You also notice that she's wearing a necklace with an unusual design:
What do you ask her?
