Welcome! Tangents: The Game About Something Else is an interactive story loosely based on the play of [nearly] the same name. To start with, who do you want to play as?

Colin - Colin is the lead scientist at the university, but there's something important he doesn't know yet... (50% complete)

Ben - Ben is the work experience kid at the university. This job is a lot more than he bargained for... (0% complete)

Chris - Chris is a scientist who works at the university, and he has a surprise in store... (0% complete)

Jo - Jo is another scientist at the university, and she's about to make an exciting discovery... (0% complete)

Deirdre - Deirdre is Chris' mom. She has a secret past that's about to come out... (50% complete)

Frankie - Frankie works for the London Underground. She's received instructions from her boss to meet with Chris... (0% complete)

Dan - Dan also works at the university. He's an NPC, so I don't know how he managed to get onto this page.

The Stranger - He's also an NPC so again, I don't know how he got in this post He appears in a different role in every story.

This game spans over 100 pages, dozens of endings and loads of references, easter eggs, musical numbers, minigames and a few other surprises*. See how many you can find...

*Fun fact: one of the surprises is a magic eye puzzle, I can't see them, so I have no idea if it's actually there!

 Thanks, everyone, for signing up for the quiz! This year we have more teams than ever before, so competition will be fierce! To remind you all, the theme is Posters, meaning that I will give a brief description of a Christmas Movie poster and you have to guess which movie the poster refers to. In your signup automated reply, you should have received the following clue, worth 50 points: A man in a red cardigan looks at the camera in distress. He is surrounded by children dressed as biblical characters.
